Masala Latte Recipe

Masala* Chai (Tea with Milk) has been a part of India for centuries and is used traditionally to aid the digestion and can be a relaxing drink before bed.

*Masala= grounded spices

Our recipe is the perfect blend and includes our pure sleep hemp flower extract for a smooth warm cup of gentle spices to provide a restful evening.

 

Masala Latte Recipe

Ingredients (makes one drink):

  • 1/2 cup Organic Milk of your choice (organic vanilla almond milk tastes wonderful)
  • 1/8 teaspoon organic ground cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon organic ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon organic dried ground ginger ( or 1/2 teaspoon fresh shredded ginger)
  • pinch of organic ground nutmeg
  • 1 star organic anise (optional)
  •  1/2 dropper to 1 full dropper of pure sleep (choose your strength: 150, 300, or 1000)

Directions:

    1. Combine all ingredients exceed for the pure sleep into a small saucepan.
    2. Gently simmer on low heat, stirring often for 10-15 minutes.
    3. Pour masala milk into a mug.
    4. Add the desired dose of pure sleep.
    5. Stir well and drink immediately. 
    6. Have a peaceful night's sleep!
